The new frame, made with our highest quality HMX carbon, provides unparalleled ride feel and withstands the toughest stresses in the steepest and most challenging sections. Compared to the previous model, the rear shock has been completely redesigned: it is now integrated within the frame, with a lower center of gravity that increases stability, precision and smoothness on both fast transitions and technical descents. This solution improves stiffness in the bottom bracket area and linkages, as well as protecting the shock absorber from splashes like a real splash guard.
The new Gambler RC achieves a never-before-seen level of adjustability: reach, chainstays length, bottom bracket height and lever ratio can be changed independently, so that it fits every trail perfectly. The six-link system takes suspension to the next level, offering the ultimate in versatility and optimization. The bike was created to perform best in mullet configuration, but is also compatible with 29″ wheels. With these features, we can confidently say that this is the most advanced DH race bike we have ever developed, true to the World Cup winning tradition.
The technical equipment is top notch: the FOX 40 Factory Float with GRIP X2 shock absorber, synonymous with maximum sensitivity and adjustability, is matched by the FOX DH X2 Factory spring shock absorber, which is also fully customizable. The SRAM X01 DH 7-speed drivetrain with Race Face Atlas crankset and powerful SRAM Maven brakes offer instant responsiveness, uncompromising stopping power and the confidence to tackle any trail with top performance.
