Am I eligible for a VAT-free purchase? How can I proceed?
+If you are based in Switzerland or you have a valid European VAT number with delivery outside Italy, you may be eligible to purchase without VAT.

Can I pre-order a bike that is currently unavailable?
+Yes, you can contact us by specifying the model and size you are looking for. We will check availability with our suppliers to find the best possible solution for you.
In many cases, the product may be back in stock shortly and available again within a few days. In other situations, it may be possible to reserve it with an expected delivery in the following weeks.
If the bike is no longer available, we will suggest the closest alternative in terms of features and intended use.
How long is the warranty on the Scott / Bergamont bike?

If your order includes shipping:
If the product page indicates fast shipping within 2–4 working days, your bike will be shipped (or made available for in-store pickup) within that timeframe, after quality checks, assembly, and preparation.
In all other cases, the bike is generally shipped within 7–10 working days from the order date. Before shipping, it is inspected, assembled, registered with the warranty booklet, and carefully packed.
Shipping is express and tracked, and you will receive a tracking code as soon as it becomes available. Please note that for some countries, slight delays of 1–2 working days may occur.
If you choose in-store pickup:
Your bike will be ready for collection in approximately 7–10 working days. It will be inspected, assembled, and registered with the warranty booklet. You will be notified as soon as it is ready.
Is a carbon or aluminum bike better?
+Carbon offers greater lightness and vibration absorption, while aluminum is stronger and more affordable.
Is hardtail or full suspension MTB better?
+Hardtails are lighter and more efficient uphill. Full suspension offers more control and comfort on technical trails.
Is the bike assembled before delivery?
+Yes, always. Every bike purchased by Sessantallora is:
- Controlled and assembled by our mechanics

- Adjusted to your needs if any
The size depends on your height and the length of the horse. In general:
