The new Decos embodies Fizik ‘s famous minimalist design at its best. For these shoes, we took a disciplined approach to simplicity to deliver the pure road riding experience you expect from Fizik, from epic big mountain rides to granfondos and beyond.
SIMPLY SUPPORTIVE
The sleek upper uses a resilient polyurethane laminate material combined with a comfortable mesh fabric, which reduces yield and provides lasting support to the foot where it is needed most. The fit is practical and adjusts quickly with a unique bi-directional Li2 BOA® knob.
POWERFUL AND RESPONSIVE
At the base, the carbon fiber structure of the R2 sole saves weight and increases stiffness, with a stiffness index of 10, making this the most responsive sole in the Fizik range. A wide air intake and deep internal channeling provide cooling airflow, aiding temperature regulation. Cleat placement is slightly further back than traditional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, particularly for aggressive and advanced aero positions.
