RETURNS and WITHDRAWALS
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product at his domicile without any penalty and without having to provide any reason.
The Consumer-Customer must communicate his intention to withdraw from the Contract by completing and sending the standard form conforming to annex B of Legislative Decree 21/2014 available in pdf version at this link, or alternatively, by sending any other written statement expressing the intention to withdraw from the Contract, by one of the following means
by email to info@sessantallora.com;
by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to SESSANTALLORA Srl, Viale Industria, 91 41042 Carpi (MO).
Sessantallora will confirm to the Customer Consumer without delay, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the Site, the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal exercised and will provide the Customer with instructions on how to proceed with the return of the relevant product/s.
Sessantallora will refund the price paid by the Customer Consumer within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s) and subject to verification of their condition, using the same method of payment used by the Customer Consumer at the time of purchase. The time taken to credit the sum paid shall be that applied by the payment circuit used by the Customer when ordering the product.
The Customer may return a product, if perfectly intact and preserved, without signs of wear and tear, within a period of 14 days from receipt of the product. He/she must communicate this intention by e-mail (info@sessantallora.com), and all instructions will be summarised/ provided. The product must be returned, with shipping paid by the customer.
SIZE CHANGES
Sessantallora offers the customer the possibility of size changes, in the event that the product purchased is of a size not congenial to the customer. In this case, within 14 days of receipt of the product, the customer must contact the shop (by e-mail or telephone) to communicate the need for a size change. The shop will check whether the product is available and if it is, a size change can be made. Shipping costs from the customer to Sessantallora are the responsibility of the customer, as well as the costs for shipping the new product in a different size (the rates for each product category are indicated on our site according to the type of product). The replacement item will be shipped when the product to be returned has arrived at our address.
