If the bike is no longer available, we will suggest the closest alternative in terms of features and intended use.

In all other cases, the bike is generally shipped within 7–10 working days from the order date. Before shipping, it is inspected, assembled, registered with the warranty booklet, and carefully packed. Shipping is express and tracked, and you will receive a tracking code as soon as it becomes available. Please note that for some countries, slight delays of 1–2 working days may occur. If you choose in-store pickup:Your bike will be ready for collection in approximately 7–10 working days. It will be inspected, assembled, and registered with the warranty booklet.
