Yes, you can contact us by specifying the model and size you are looking for. We will check availability with our suppliers to find the best possible solution for you. In many cases, the product may be back in stock shortly and available again within a few days. In other situations, it may be possible to reserve it with an expected delivery in the following weeks. If the bike is no longer available, we will suggest the closest alternative in terms of features and intended use.

If your order includes shipping:If the product page indicates fast shipping within 2–4 working days, your bike will be shipped (or made available for in-store pickup) within that timeframe, after quality checks, assembly, and preparation. In all other cases, the bike is generally shipped within 7–10 working days from the order date. Before shipping, it is inspected, assembled, registered with the warranty booklet, and carefully packed. Shipping is express and tracked, and you will receive a tracking code as soon as it becomes available. Please note that for some countries, slight delays of 1–2 working days may occur. If you choose in-store pickup:Your bike will be ready for collection in approximately 7–10 working days. It will be inspected, assembled, and registered with the warranty booklet. You will be notified as soon as it is ready.
